Ruby is said to give name, fame, virtue, vigor and commanding power to its wearer. It also enhances the status of the wearer and helps to cure some diseases as gout, peptic ulcer, rheumatism etc. Ruby should be used in Gold, Astadhatus or copper after proper Siddhi (method of purification and charging by mantras).
